Hi, I’m Carina Lopez. After 12 years as an engineer and expert in risk management for large-scale projects, I followed my passion for music and have spent the last five years as a DJ. Now, I’m launching Meant to Beats DJ School here in Houston. Our mission is to inspire and equip young talent, particularly females, with DJ skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial know-how to address the imbalance in a male-dominated industry. Because girls belong in music and Djing, we're launching the first female DJ school in Houston Texas.
